The Governor’s Focus on Service Members, Veterans and Their Families

The Governor’s Focus on Service Members, Veterans, and Their Families promotes evidence-based and best practices in mental health and substance abuse screening, assessment, and treatment of active and reserve components, veterans, and their families. They distribute a newsletter and hold regular conferences that can be attended remotely.  For professionals and others interested in these issues, the next Focus meeting is Wednesday, July 18, 2012, from 2 to 4 pm. at NCIOM, Keystone Office Park, 630 Davis Dr., Suite 100, Morrisville, NC.  To join them by conference call, dial 1-800-767-1750 and follow the voice prompts. When asked, enter the Conferee Code 13096 and the # key. You will be connected to the conference. If you are disconnected for any reason, repeat instructions above.
