Sam’s Club is looking for 175 employees for a new warehouse store in Mooresville, where the company has scheduled a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Tuesday.

The ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, when Patrick Walker, store manager, and Kirk Ballard, president of the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce will mark the official opening of the store. It’s located at 646 River Highway, off N.C. Highway 150, on the west side of Interstate 77.
A welcome center is open every day to take employment applications. It’s at 168-D Norman Station Blvd. in Mooresville Consumer Square, also off N.C. 150 on the east side of I-77.
“I am thrilled to meet the applicants and look forward to serving our community with the new team,” Walker says.
He’s looking for cashiers, receiving personnel and employees for the floral and bakery sections, as well as managers.
