Legacy Bridge Members                       

 

This program was kicked off on October 1st of 2010. It is designed to bridge the gap from today until our long-term revenue sources come fully on line. We estimate that to be 2-3 years.  At the same time, these LBP funds will keep us from having to use our investment funds to meet budget needs, which has been the historical precedence. This program targets our Lifetime Members and our Retirees, although everyone is welcome to join, and asks for a onetime $100 donation. We have already begun receiving funds. As you can imagine these are all subject to change and we will keep you informed of those changes and the status of this program. We will also be looking for other revenue sources to augment the association’s available resources and to secure our finances permanently.
