CHARLOTTE, N.C. – North Carolina National Guard Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Brian Dowling checks the genarator for power as equipment is tested during the 295th Signal Network Support Company’s preparation for annual training, April 13. After checking the connection cords and pulling out testing equipment to check connectivity, he realized the generator was bad and replaced it.
